Ability Plus is an HCS, Home and Community-Based Services provider.

We have more than 20 years of experience providing services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism. At Ability Plus we believe in helping individuals reach their fullest potential. 

We are located in Fort Bend County. We provide services in Fort Bend, Harris, Wharton, Matagorda, and Colorado Counties. Our day habilitation center is currently located in Sugar Land, TX. Our day habilitation center is exclusively for individuals receiving services from Ability Plus.

  • Residential Assistance (Supported Home Living, PAS/Hab, Group Home or Host Home/Companion Care)

  • Minor Home Modifications
